The new Early Years Foundation Stage can be accessed at www.standards.dfes.gov.uk/eyfs   This will become statutory in September 2008.  Until then, foundation stage settings and schools should continue to use the Curriculum Guidance for the Foundation Stage http://www.qca.org.uk/223.html
